Scar Removal
The goal here is to achieve both aesthetic and functional improvement, and scars are categorized as follows:
· Hypertrophic
· Keloids
· Atrophic
This procedure is approached with corticosteroids, which is the conventional and classic technique, and with genetic engineering using recombinant enzymes through intralesional infiltration.
Sessions are conducted every 15 days, usually ranging from 2 to 5 sessions. .
This treatment is based on combinations, mixtures, or cocktails, as recombinant enzymes combine lipase, hyaluronidase, and collagenase. Depending on the patient’s needs, between 2 and 5 cocktails can be applied
